Social Review! We had a wonderful time May 17th at the home of Taylor Trimby. Daniel Boin, David Rhodes and Taylor Trimby provided a great afternoon of music on the Oriental (Edna) Console/Paramount 450. At the end of David’s performance, we all sang “Happy Birthday” to Edna as she celebrated her 100th birthday. Many of those in attendance tried out the infamous “Howard Seat” and after a few moments of getting used to it, all seemed to like the seat.The treat table was set with cookies, birthday cake and beverages for everyone to enjoy. Will be having another social here again coming in the fall. We are also looking into having a social at Mundelein in late September or early October but as was discussed at the social, the cost to go up there is a factor in planning.
