There was some speculation as to whether the theatre organ programs scheduled for the following weekend would go on as scheduled.  In Syracuse, NY.  UK artist Byron Jones was able to get to the event and put on a stunning program of US and British patriotic selections  making the distance between the two long time allies appear to be closer.  In  Buffalo, Scott Foppiano presented a fine program.  In Rochester, Lew Williams was unable to get  there but the show went on with Jelani Eddington.
The program in Birmingham, Alabama ,  Tom Hazelton appeared after making the drive from Pennsylvania to be there. Without a doubt all the programs were much different that originally planned. Closer to home on October 6th, Walter Strony provided a patriotic program for a concert at the Avalon Theatre in Milwaukee. The program was originally planned as a welcome back for Dave Wickerham, who could not be there due to the  recent death of his mother.
