Those who heard the performance found this room provided an excellent venue for Jelani & David's type of program, as the intimate room provided the opportunity for a fine balance between the two instruments. Jelani & David were delighted to have performed their program in this venue. The organ is very well balanced and regulated and blended very well with the piano.
DIRECTIONS: Coming from the south; On the Illinois map, find I-88 which is just west of Chicago. Go west on I-88 to the Naperville Rd exit. Go north on Naperville Rd to Rt 38 or Roosevelt Rd. Turn left and go west for one block to Main St. (you are now in Wheaton) Turn right and go north on Main St. through downtown Wheaton to Harrison St (the sixth or 7th stoplight). Turn left and go west to Gary Ave. Turn right and go to the first stop and go light which is Jewell Rd. Turn left and go west. Count four (4) streets on the right side only of Jewell Rd. The fourth street is Willow Rd. Turn right, go into the second block, we are the 3rd house on the left side. Park in drive, on the west side of the street only, or as directed by an attendent. Coming from the North: On the Illinois map find I-355 or Illinois Rt 59 or I-290. (From I-355) Exit at North Ave. which is Rt 64. Go west about 4-5 miles to Gary Ave. (White Castle Hamburgers on SW corner) (its about 10 miles from I-290) Turn left and go south about 2 miles to Jewell Rd. which is the fifth stop and go light. Turn right and go west. Count four (4) streets on the right side only of Jewell Rd. The fourth street is Willow Rd. Turn right, go into the second block, we are the 3rd house on the left side.
