On May 18th CATOE had an impressive turn-out for the Social and Business meeting at Paul & Linda Van Der Molen's "Wheaton Fox" music hall..
After the voting process was completed to elect the 2002-2003 Board of Directors, Dave delighted us with a program on the Van Der Molen's recently enlarged Robert Morton theatre pipe organ which now plays from one of the 4 manual "Wonder Morton " consoles, (four of the five 4/23 "Wonder Morton" organs still exist as complete organs); The Broklyn (NY) Leow's Kings "Womder Morton" however did not survive as a complete organ which is how Paul was able to obtain this fantastic console to control his 4/26 Morton.
For those who remember "Martha" will find this new version of the Robert Morton to be a completely different instrument. The chambers are now located at the opposite end of the room and speak with more authority into the newly refurbished music room.
